The designation, awarded for the company’s technological leadership and global competitiveness in the doubly-fed wind turbine segment, was confirmed in the latest list issued by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and released by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology.

Such enterprises are regarded as top performers in the manufacturing sector.
Windey has long dedicated itself to R&D in wind power technologies, progressively breaking foreign technological monopolies and becoming a key contributor to national and industry standards. The company has established several high-level innovation platforms, including a National Enterprise Technology Center, a Post-Doctoral Research Workstation, an Academician Expert Workstation, and a Provincial Key Laboratory for Offshore Wind Power Technology.
